SEO Penalty Alerts in Google Sitemaps

Matt Cutts says Google is selectively notifying some webmasters of penalties via their Sitemaps accounts - this is huge news, even if it isn't a fully fledged feature yet. We asked for this multiple times in Matts blog and Sitemaps discussions, numerous other top level SEO's wanted it, and it seems he has listened. Personally I always thought this was the killer app for Sitemaps.
Would love to see some samples of the what the Alerts are if anyone has received one yet and isn't shy about publicising it?
