"In early 2007, EI Solutions will build the largest solar power system ever installed on a single corporate campus, at the "Googleplex" in Mountain View, California"

Wow, good move guys. Being environmentally conscious ourselves and sourcing our power from renewable sources via ecotricity and heating from a geothermal heat pump it is really pleasing to see Google investing in Americas largest single site commercial solar installation.  View the video on EI, the installers website. If I was cynical I'd think you did it just to save $393,000 a year in energy costs ;-) but I'll give you the benefit of the doubt this time.

...total capacity of 1.6 megawatts ("enough to supply 1,000 average California homes")

Bring it on.
