Me and Kristoffer Ewald (Guava - VP Analytics) at Google.

This week is the Google Analytics Accredited Consultant (GAAC), Website Optimiser Accredited Consultant (WOAC), Urchin Accredited Consultant (USAC) Summit 2008. 150 attendees from 20 countries and 30+ Googlers learn about, discuss and brainstorm Googles analytics product suite.

Yesterday we learnt about some cool new features in Website Optimiser from Erik Vasilik (Tech Lead at Google), and some of the WOACS presented new ideas for features to improve it which we got to vote on. I was impressed by the fact it was very much a two way process, with Google not only presenting new features, but also that the event is structured so that they get a lot of constructive feedback from the accredited consultants, I think this is a very good approach.

ps. props to the Google chefs, the food is also pretty good.
