Yahoo! PPC 70 character Ad Length - Tests

It seems that Yahoo! / Overture have changed their mind and are testing the shorter sponsored search descriptions in the UK - not just France as previously reported.
On 8th Feb, about 10% of listings displayed on Yahoo will be truncated to 70 characters and results / CTR's monitored. The effectiveness of this trial will determine how the sponsored search listings are displayed across all outlets in the future.
